Commercial & Industrial Plumbing Services

Leaking
Pipes

We are proud to offer a "pipe freezer" as part of our service equipment lineup. This piece of equipment allows our plumbers to work on water lines without having to unnecessarily turn off the water to the whole building, saving you time, money and inconvenience.

Scheduled Maintenance
Program

We are pleased to offer a scheduled maintenance program to ensure that the plumbing in your commercial or industrial building has minimal downtime. Your entire plumbing system is inspected by a licensed plumber regularly to prevent any unexpected downtime, service calls or emergency after-hours calls.

Backflow Prevention

A backflow preventer assists in preventing drinking water from being contaminated by a possible backflow. Backflow prevention training for plumbers requires a separate 80 hours of additional classroom learning, as well as an exam.

Drain
Cleaning

Sewer backups and clogged drains are a challenge for many homeowners. We recognize that having a drain backup is a stressful time and we offer timely solutions to fix this problem. We own a variety of drain equipment, including a digital (video) sewer/drain inspection to diagnose the issue.

Plumbing Fixture Repair
& Replacement

We offer repair on many types of plumbing fixtures. When appropriate, our plumbers will recommend replacing certain fixtures when it is indicated - to avoid damaging leaks and unexpected frustration for the homeowner. Slow leaking pipes can be a nuisance, but over time can add up to costly repairs to other areas of your home. We can patch or replace sections of pipes or water lines that are problematic.

Sump
Pump

A sump pump will pump water away from your home, so that water does not enter your basement and cause damage. Ensuring that your sump pump is in good working condition is an important part of home maintenance, especially during wet or rainy seasons. We keep a supply of sump pumps on hand at all times, for those unexpected breakdowns. A battery backup sump pump is a great option for those homeowners that live in areas that are prone to power outages. A battery backup sump pump will give you peace of mind even when your pump fails. Certain backup sump pumps have Wi-Fi capabilities to alert your mobile device of failure.

Water Treatment

Water
Softeners

Water softeners offer protection against lime and calcium buildup, which can be hard on your whole home's plumbing system over time. Without a water softener, you may notice a white buildup of residue on your appliances, water heater, shower doors and fixtures. To protect the integrity and function of your plumbing system and fixtures, water softeners are easily installed and cared for.  Speak with one of our professionals to determine what size of water softener best suits the size of your home.

Iron &
Sulphur Filters

If you live in a rural area and your water is supplied from a residential well, you may notice iron residue in your water that can leave orange/brown stains on plumbing fixtures, your clothing and appliances. An iron filter can help prevent staining from iron and a buildup of iron residue.

Similarly, sulphur in your water can cause an unpleasant smell in your home. A sulphur filter is a great option to remove this.

Ultraviolet (UV)
Systems

UV systems are effective in killing bacteria and microorganisms in your water. Adding a UV system ensures that your water is safe to drink and consume. UV bulbs and sleeves are changed annually.
